| Thermal Concepts, Inc., was started by the Maurer family
in 1983, predicated upon performing quality work in a professional manner.
We believe in working as a team with General Contractors, Consultants,
and Owners.
For the first five years, the company concentrated as a ductwork subcontractor providing and installing fiberglass and sheet metal air distribution systems for other mechanical contractors in order to gain experience and expertise in all phases of the HVAC industry. |

Concepts, Inc., is a full service Class “A” licensed air conditioning contractor
performing work in the Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and surrounding counties.
All work, from ductwork, HVAC piping, insulation, through installation of equipment is performed and supervised by employees on our direct payroll. In addition to field installations, the company operates a full service custom sheet metal shop and continually expanding service division to insure that our customer's equipment is kept in proper working order at all times. We have the capability and facilities to do work and projects of any kind and any size. |
